A REPORT ON THE INDUSTRIAL REATIONS SITUATION AT THE BIL PLANT, DELHI BY MRITYUNJAY SHARMA XLRI, JAMSHEDPUR (MAY 2012) Under the Guidance of Mr. S.P. Garg (Head, Employee relations, BIL) Introduction The Delhi Plant employees almost 188 durable workers and around 600 passing workers (combined for the three shifts).
